Job description
You will be responsible for client liaison, delivering excellent customer services and guiding the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process. This would suit an existing Sales Advisor or a proactive, enthusiastic person with good communication skills.
The role itself will involve:
• Engaging with potential customers and selling of new build homes
• Ensuring that the general presentation of the Show Home and Sales Centre is maintained to a high standard.
• Ensuring that our clients have an excellent level of customer service and clear communication throughout their customer journey
• Demonstrate to potential purchasers the quality of our homes and high specification / optional choices
• Liaise with purchases, solicitors and financial advisers on a regular basis.
• Assist Clients with their choices of specification finishes and/or optional upgrades
• Working with the site construction team to ensure finishes of each home meet requirements
• Client Welcome Meetings and Home Handover
• Client care and follow up
• Meet and exceed sales targets
As a potential candidate you will have:
• Experience of working within a face to face sales environment
• Experience of working as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable
• Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and/or HubSpot)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Full UK Drivers License
• Willing to be flexible in respect to day to day duties and hours worked
• Lone working, dependant on site
• Able to work weekends and bank holidays
